Staircase Walk-up Surcharge

Customer MUST notify us if the item(s) could only be transported to the recipient address via 1) walking up the stairs/ slopes 2) item(s) not transportable using the lift at your residential building because of its size 3) our delivery van could not arrive at your building’s door front.
Walk-up Staircase: any staircase that requires steps between 1 to 10 steps is regarded as 1 floor
Every floor per item would at least cost HKD100 (for reference); please enquire about these charges once / before you have placed the order
